Why trust this list?

This list is written by the Master Inbox team and reviewed by our founder, Abdul Mukati. Every price and feature for the other six tools, and for Salesforge, comes from that vendor's own pages, read on 28 October 2026, and the links sit next to each price. Master Inbox is one of the seven options, and we say so up front. We state only what each vendor publishes, phrase limits as neutral facts, and where a price is better read at the source we describe the pricing model and link the vendor's page instead of printing a number. Salesforge is a strong sending tool, and each tool here is good at the job it was built for.

Why teams look for Salesforge alternatives

Salesforge is a cold outreach platform that combines email and LinkedIn sequences, AI personalization and an AI SDR called Agent Frank. It is part of the Forge stack with Mailforge, Infraforge, Primeforge and Warmforge for domains, mailboxes and warmup. Teams usually compare for one of three reasons.

Plan limits that scale with volume

Pro covers 1,000 active contacts in sequence, 5,000 emails a month, 1 user and 1 LinkedIn sender. Growth covers 10,000 contacts, 50,000 emails a month and unlimited users and LinkedIn senders. Teams that outgrow a tier, or want another pricing unit, compare the market.

One reply queue across several senders

Primebox is included free with every Salesforge subscription and gathers email and LinkedIn replies in one place. Teams that also send through Instantly, Smartlead, EmailBison or a LinkedIn tool often want one queue for all of it. That is a reply management job, and it is what a unified inbox is for.

Stack fit

Salesforge works closely with the Forge infrastructure products, and domains and mailboxes are bought from them or connected from your own. Teams that prefer a lead database and sequencer in one tool, or another pricing unit, look at the options below. See how agencies and outbound teams set up their stacks.

1. Master Inbox

Master Inbox is the reply inbox on top of your sender. It is the reply management platform for outbound teams and agencies: one unified inbox for every sequencer, LinkedIn tool and inbound form, with AI labeling and AI reply agents. Salesforge sends, and Master Inbox is where the replies from Salesforge and every other tool are labeled, assigned and answered.

Key features

  • Unibox: one AI-labeled inbox for Smartlead, Instantly, EmailBison, Reply.io, Lemlist, Salesforge, HeyReach, Expandi, Aimfox and more. It reads the mailboxes themselves, so it also threads forwards, CC replies and new-address replies that a sequencer's own inbox does not show.
  • AI labeling: every email and LinkedIn reply labeled by intent as it lands, with thirteen default labels or your own taxonomy, on your own OpenAI, Anthropic or OpenRouter key.
  • Workflows: label-triggered actions such as Slack cards with an approve button, HubSpot sync and stopping the sequence on a booked meeting.
  • Client workspaces: one workspace per client with its own mailboxes, labels and members, and client logins scoped to their inbox only.
  • Reply Agents: answer outbound replies, follow up and book meetings on your real calendar, human-in-the-loop first.
  • LinkedIn Inbox, API and reporting: LinkedIn threads next to email, a REST API with webhooks on every plan, and SLA tracking on every reply.

Pricing

Master Inbox is never priced per seat. Plans scale with connected mailboxes and client workspaces, and every plan includes unlimited users. Full details are on the pricing page.

PlanPriceBuilt for
Agency$599 per monthAgencies, with up to 3,000 mailboxes and 15 client workspaces
Team$799 per monthSales teams, with up to 2,000 mailboxes

Larger plans are on the pricing page. Every plan starts with a free 7-day POC, and onboarding is done with you.

Pros

  • Unlimited users on every plan, so adding a rep or a client manager does not change the bill.
  • Replies from every sender and LinkedIn tool land in one queue, labeled by intent.
  • Master Inbox internal data: roughly 12% more replies captured than a sequencer reports.

Best for

Outbound sales teams and lead generation agencies that send from many mailboxes and LinkedIn accounts, often through more than one tool, and need every reply handled fast. See the RevOps setup.

Works alongside

Master Inbox sits on top of your sender. Keep Salesforge, Smartlead, Instantly or EmailBison for sending, HeyReach for LinkedIn, HubSpot as your CRM and Slack for alerts. Bring your setup to the free 7-day POC and we connect it with you.

2. Instantly

  • A built-in B2B lead database with enrichment and verification.
  • AI agents, including an AI Reply Agent with Human-in-the-Loop and Autopilot modes, plus API v2 and webhooks.
  • Unibox, a centralized inbox for replies from all connected email accounts, with custom lead labels.

Per Instantly's pricing page, checked 28 October 2026, Outbound plans billed monthly are Growth at $47 (5,000 emails a month), Hypergrowth at $97 (125,000 emails) and Light Speed at $358 (500,000 emails), plus a custom Enterprise tier. Data Credits plans for lead data and AI agents are a separate subscription, and bundles combine the two. For bundle prices and the yearly toggle, see Instantly's pricing page for current prices.

Pros

  • Low entry pricing and unlimited email accounts on every Outbound plan.
  • Lead database, sequencing and AI agents in one product.

Cons

  • Per Instantly's help center, Unibox actions do not sync back to the email provider.

How to choose a Salesforge alternative

Start with the job, then check how the bill scales.

  • Working replies from Salesforge and other senders in one queue: add Master Inbox on top of your sender. Read the unified inbox guide and the best unified inbox for cold email.
  • Sending cold email at volume: look at Instantly or Smartlead. Both are excellent sending tools that many teams pair with a separate reply layer.
  • Email, LinkedIn and calls in one platform: compare lemlist and Reply.io on plan limits and per-user cost.
  • Pricing by emails sent: look at Woodpecker, and check each tier's cap against your monthly volume.
  • Contact data and outreach together: look at Apollo.io or Instantly, which both bundle a lead database.
  • Choosing a sequencer at the same time: the EmailBison and Master Inbox page explains the pairing. EmailBison is the sequencer we most often see land in the primary inbox.

Then check the pricing unit. Salesforge follows plan tiers, several alternatives follow users, sends or credits, and Master Inbox follows connected mailboxes and client workspaces with unlimited users. Compare the field on our compare page, or see how another sender prices in our Hothawk pricing guide.
