Built by people who read inboxes for a living

The first Master Inbox shipped in 2019, as the v1 inbox inside OutreachBin, the outbound software our founder Abdul Mukati was building at the time. He had bought the masterinbox.com domain years earlier for exactly this idea. Back then the standard trick was to point 50 or more sending mailboxes at one address with forwarding rules. It broke threading, and every forward burned sending volume from the mailbox that mattered. An inbox that pulled mail directly from hundreds of mailboxes and showed it in one place was a new concept, and it worked from the start.

About the name

Several sequencers ship a built-in reply view. Those views show one tool's own replies. The product on this site is the standalone Master Inbox at masterinbox.com: it reads every mailbox across every tool you send from, adds AI labels, routing, reporting and CRM sync, and works alongside the sequencer you already use.

What kept it going was what sequencers kept missing. They watch campaign replies only, so a prospect's internal forward, a CC from a colleague, or a reply from a new address never made it to the team. Reading every message in a mailbox instead of only the sequencer's own mail is, by our estimate, roughly eight times the processing work, which is why sending tools leave it alone and why we do it.

The mission stayed simple. Outbound teams should spend their time on the reply, not on finding it. Every feature we add gets measured against that one job. Ship weekly, fix fast, ask customers what breaks and go fix that too.
