Every Hothawk price and feature comes from Hothawk's own pages, read on 28 October 2026, and each source is listed at the bottom. Master Inbox is one of the options in this space, so we only state what is published, we show the arithmetic, and we mark anything that is not stated on the page. Hothawk is a real product with real users, and the plans below are described the way Hothawk describes them. Hothawk pricing plans explained
Hothawk (hothawk.ai, operated by HotHawk Ltd) describes itself as a cold email sequencer for outbound teams. It sends multi-step campaigns with mailbox rotation and warmup, and it collects replies in a master inbox. Its own September 2024 help articles described it as a master inbox that is not a sending platform, which is useful context if you read older reviews. The pricing model is a flat monthly plan metered by sends each month. It is not charged per seat or per mailbox. Prices below were read from hothawk.ai/pricing on 28 October 2026.

All plans are billed monthly in USD. The page lists no free plan. It offers a 7-day free trial with no credit card required.
Starter: $97 per month
Starter includes 100,000 sends a month and one workspace. Email warmup, the master inbox, the API, webhooks and the MCP server are included. Mailboxes, leads and team members are unlimited, with a fair-use cap of 25,000 mailboxes connected at once.
Scale: $247 per month
Scale is marked "most popular" on the page. It raises the allowance to 300,000 sends a month and adds white label, ClientBox and unlimited workspaces, which is the part agencies look at when they run campaigns for several clients.
Infra: from $497 per month
Infra includes 500,000 sends a month, dedicated sending infrastructure (a dedicated server and IPs) and a private Slack channel with Hothawk. Pricing is by request through the "Talk to us" button, so $497 is the starting point rather than a fixed figure.
Send bolt-on: $70 per 100,000 sends
The bolt-on stacks on any plan. Each campaign step counts as one send. Sends reset each billing cycle and do not roll over. The page states there is no hard stop at the limit.
Costs worth planning for
Because the meter is sends, the bill follows campaign volume instead of headcount. Each step of a sequence counts as one send, so a lead who receives a four-step sequence uses four sends. The arithmetic below uses the published prices and is not a quote.

The last two rows show why the plan choice is not only about volume. Starter plus two bolt-ons would be $237 for 300,000 sends, but Scale at $247 adds white label, ClientBox and unlimited workspaces. In the same way, Infra from $497 includes 500,000 sends and adds dedicated sending infrastructure and a private Slack channel. Pick the plan for the features you need, then check the send allowance.
Other items on the pricing page:
- Promotion: the page lists 50% more sends a month for as long as you remain a customer (Starter 150,000, Scale 450,000, Infra 750,000). It is limited to one per customer and requested by submitting details on the site. No end date was shown.
- Upgrades and downgrades: upgrades apply immediately. Downgrades and cancellations apply at the end of the billing cycle, and partial months are not refunded pro rata.
- Mailbox infrastructure: the integrations page lists InboxKit and ZapMail mailbox syncs. Check those providers' own pricing if you use them.
- CRM sync: HubSpot and Salesforce two-way sync is powered by OutboundSync. Check OutboundSync's own pricing if you plan to use it.

What is new at Hothawk in 2026
As of 28 October 2026, Hothawk's homepage describes the product as a "cold email sequencer for serious outbound teams" that sends campaigns and captures replies in a master inbox. Its feature pages list up to 26 copy variants, evergreen campaigns, sub-sequences triggered after a reply, automatic pause on reply and inbox rotation. Its navigation marks "Cold Email with Claude" as new: a native MCP server that lets Claude run campaigns, mailboxes, replies and reporting. The CRM list shows HubSpot and Salesforce live, Attio and Close in beta, and HighLevel and Pipedrive coming soon. None of these pages carries a launch date, so treat the list as a snapshot of what was published on the day we checked.

Plans scale with connected mailboxes and client workspaces, and every plan includes unlimited users, so adding a rep or a client manager does not change the bill. How to choose between send-metered and mailbox-based pricing
The two models answer different questions. Send-metered pricing fits a team that wants one platform to send and to read replies, and that wants cost to follow campaign volume. Mailbox and workspace pricing fits a team that already sends with a sequencer such as Smartlead, Instantly or EmailBison, and wants one reply layer across all of them and across LinkedIn.
- If the question is "which single platform will send our campaigns and hold the replies", compare Hothawk's send allowances against your monthly volume.
- If the question is "how many mailboxes and clients do our campaigns reply into", budget by mailboxes and workspaces, and let every teammate in for free.

Who Master Inbox suits
Master Inbox suits outbound sales teams and lead generation agencies that send from many mailboxes and LinkedIn accounts and want every reply in one queue. It reads the mailboxes themselves, so it threads forwards, CC replies and new-address replies. It labels intent with AI, routes hot replies to Slack and syncs to HubSpot and other CRMs. The LinkedIn Inbox puts HeyReach, Expandi and Aimfox conversations next to email in one thread per prospect.
