Text a prospect who missed the meeting to rebook

Why teams run it

A text gets seen faster than an email, and no-shows are easiest to rebook the same day.

Set it up in Master Inbox

1. In Master Inbox, open Settings, then Workflows, and click Add a workflow.
2. Name it Text a prospect who missed the meeting to rebook.
3. Set the trigger to Meeting No-show and choose From Cal.com or Calendly.
4. Add the action Send an SMS: Sorry we missed you, here is a link to pick a new time.
5. Add the action Add labels: No-show.
6. Save the workflow and switch it to Active.

Before you start, connect MI Inbox Dialer, Cal.com or Calendly under Settings, Integrations.

Everything in the workflow builder is also in the Master Inbox API. This request creates the same workflow. Replace the example ids with your own label, list and campaign ids from GET /workflows/filter-fields.
