Set it up in Master Inbox

1. In Master Inbox, open Settings, then Workflows, and click Add a workflow.
2. Name it Ping the owner in Slack when the AI agent needs approval to book a meeting.
3. Set the trigger to Draft Held and choose Hold reason: calendar approval pending.
4. Add the action Notify in Slack: Post the proposed time, prospect and thread link to the owner's channel.
5. Save the workflow and switch it to Active.

Before you start, connect Slack under Settings, Integrations.
