Set it up in Master Inbox

1. In Master Inbox, open Settings, then Workflows, and click Add a workflow.
2. Name it Flag quiet prospects for follow-up 24 hours after your reply.
3. Set the trigger to Sending Message and choose Your reply, 24 hours after it is sent.
4. Add a condition: Last message is from your team.
5. Add the action Add labels: Follow-up needed.
6. Add the action Move to list: Follow-up.
7. Save the workflow and switch it to Active.

Or create it with the API

Everything in the workflow builder is also in the Master Inbox API. This request creates the same workflow. Replace the example ids with your own label, list and campaign ids from GET /workflows/filter-fields. This workflow also uses conditions: add them under trigger_config.conditions, as shown on the conditions page.
