Set it up in Master Inbox

In Master Inbox, open Settings, then Workflows, and click Add a workflow.
Name it Create a Notion task when a rep sets a follow-up reminder.
Set the trigger to New Reminder and choose Any new reminder.
Add the action Send a webhook: Send name, email, company and thread URL to Zapier, which creates the task.
Save the workflow and switch it to Active.
