Set it up in Master Inbox

In Master Inbox, open Settings, then Workflows, and click Add a workflow.
Name it Log every reply to a shared Google Sheet and post it to Slack.
Set the trigger to Incoming Message and choose All channels.
Add the action Send a webhook: Send name, email, company, campaign, reply text and thread URL to Zapier, which adds a Google Sheets row.
Add the action Notify in Slack: Post the reply with campaign and company to #replies.
Save the workflow and switch it to Active.
