Set it up in Master Inbox

1. In Master Inbox, open Settings, then Workflows, and click Add a workflow.
2. Name it Route call me now replies to a rep and Aircall within minutes.
3. Set the trigger to Incoming Message and choose All channels.
4. Add a condition: Message contains call me, give me a call, ring me or my number is.
5. Add the action Add labels: Call now.
6. Add the action Notify in Slack: Post the reply and phone number to the rep's channel.
7. Add the action Push to Aircall: Create or update the Aircall contact.
8. Save the workflow and switch it to Active.

Before you start, connect Slack, Aircall under Settings, Integrations.

Everything in the workflow builder is also in the Master Inbox API. This request creates the same workflow. Replace the example ids with your own label, list and campaign ids from GET /workflows/filter-fields. This workflow also uses conditions: add them under trigger_config.conditions, as shown on the conditions page.
