Set it up in Master Inbox

In Master Inbox, open Settings, then Workflows, and click Add a workflow.
Name it Call interested leads who go quiet two days after your reply with Aircall.
Set the trigger to Sending Message and choose Your reply, 48 hours after it is sent.
Add a condition: Label is Interested.
Add a condition: Last message is from your team.
Add a condition: Phone number is not empty.
Add the action Add to Aircall campaign: Quiet positives campaign.
Save the workflow and switch it to Active.
