Set it up in Master Inbox

  1. In Master Inbox, open Settings, then Workflows, and click Add a workflow.
  2. Name it Push a lead to Aircall the moment a phone number is found.
  3. Set the trigger to Found Phone Number and choose From a signature, Sales Intelligence or enrichment.
  4. Add the action Push to Aircall: Create or update the Aircall contact with the number.
  5. Save the workflow and switch it to Active.
