Push a lead to Nooks as a call task when they ask for a call

Call requests buried in email get dialed the same day by the team that owns the phone.

Set it up in Master Inbox

1. In Master Inbox, open Settings, then Workflows, and click Add a workflow.
2. Name it Push a lead to Nooks as a call task when they ask for a call.
3. Set the trigger to Add Label and choose Call/Reply.
4. Add the action Push to Nooks as a call task: Call task with due time, priority, rep and note.
5. Save the workflow and switch it to Active.

Before you start, connect Nooks under Settings, Integrations.
