Set it up in Master Inbox

In Master Inbox, open Settings, then Workflows, and click Add a workflow.
Name it Alert Slack and queue the lead when a website form is submitted.
Set the trigger to Add Label and choose Website form, set by the form on every submission.
Add the action Move to list: Inbound.
Add the action Notify in Slack: Post the form answers, prospect and thread link to #inbound.
Save the workflow and switch it to Active.
