Have the AI agent draft a re-engagement when an out-of-office reminder is due

When the reminder on an out-of-office lead falls due, Master Inbox adds a Generate reply label. A reply agent scoped to that label drafts a short re-engagement note for approval.

In Master Inbox, open Settings, then Workflows, and click Add a workflow.
Name it Have the AI agent draft a re-engagement when an out-of-office reminder is due.
Set the trigger to Due Reminder and choose Reminder set when the lead was out of office.
Add a condition: Label is Out of office.
Add the action Add labels: Generate reply.
Add the action Remove labels: Out of office.
Save the workflow and switch it to Active.
