Approve and send AI-drafted replies from a Slack card

When a positive reply arrives, Slack gets a card with the prospect's message and the reply agent's draft. Reps press Accept and Send, edit it, forward it or change labels without opening the inbox.

Set it up in Master Inbox

In Master Inbox, open Settings, then Workflows, and click Add a workflow.
Name it Approve and send AI-drafted replies from a Slack card.
Set the trigger to Incoming Message and choose All channels.
Add a condition: Label sentiment is positive.
Add the action Notify in Slack: Card with the reply, the AI draft and Accept and Send, Edit, Forward and Labels buttons.
Save the workflow and switch it to Active.
