What Are Sequences in MasterInbox?
Sequences automate email follow-ups based on prospect enrolment conditions and send reminders ahead of scheduled meetings.
Choose a Sequence Type
Email Sequence
Send a series of follow-up emails when the prospect matches your configured label and source or channel.
Meeting Reminder
Send reminders relative to an upcoming meeting in the prospect's existing conversation.
Understand the Sequences Dashboard
Open Sequences from the workspace navigation. Review the totals for sequences, running sequences, prospects reached, and replies.
All: All sequences in the workspace.
Running: Currently active sequences.
Paused: Temporarily stopped sequences.
Draft: Sequences not yet started.
Archived: Sequences removed from active sending.
How Enrollment Works
An Email Sequence uses its selected prospect label and source/channel conditions to determine eligibility. For example, a prospect labeled Interested can enter an Interested sequence when its source also matches.
A matching label alone is not sufficient if the sequence is restricted to different sources or channels.
Manage a Sequence
Open a sequence to view Analytics, Configuration, Prospects, and Queue. Use the available controls to run, pause, edit, clone, or archive it. Archived sequences retain their history and analytics.
