If the connection cannot be established, review your API credentials and provider settings before testing again.
Step 3: Review Authentication
The test page also displays your authentication details.

If you need to make changes, you can:
Click Edit Prompt to update the Custom Prompt.
Click Edit Agent Settings to modify the Reply Agent configuration.
This makes it easy to verify exactly which instructions the AI is using before testing.
Step 5: Generate a Test Reply
You can generate a test reply directly from the test page.
Optionally, enter Additional Context to provide extra instructions for the AI during the test.
For example, you might include:

Prospect requested pricing
Interested in booking a meeting
Follow-up after demo
Click Generate AI Reply to create a test response using your configured AI provider and model.
Step 6: Review Recent Activity
The test page also displays recent conversations handled by the Reply Agent.
You can:
View recently processed prospects
Review conversation threads
Refresh the list to see the latest activity
This helps verify that your Reply Agent is processing conversations as expected.
