Calendly Integration
In this guide, you'll learn how to connect Calendly to MasterInbox, add your Personal Access Token, validate the integration, select a default event type, and use Calendly with Reply Agents and Bookings.
Why Connect Calendly?
Connecting Calendly with MasterInbox allows you to:

Book meetings directly through your connected calendar.
View booked meetings from the Bookings page.
Step 1: Open the Calendly Integration
Go to Settings.
Select Integrations.
Click Calendly.
Click Setup.
Step 2: Add Your Calendly Integration
Enter the following information:
Integration Name – Choose a name to identify the connection.
Provider – Calendly (selected automatically).
Personal Access Token – Paste your Calendly Personal Access Token (API Token).
Click Add Integration.
Tip: If your Personal Access Token isn't working, make sure your Calendly Personal Access Token has all the required permissions enabled. Missing permissions may prevent MasterInbox from validating the connection or accessing your scheduling data.
Step 3: Select a User & Default Event Type
After the integration is added, choose the Calendly user whose calendar should be used.
If your Calendly account contains multiple users (such as a team or organization), select the specific user you want MasterInbox to use.
Then, choose the Default Event Type for that user.
The selected event type will be used by Reply Agents when checking availability and booking meetings.
Step 4: Validate the Integration
After selecting the user and default event type, click Validate.
Validation confirms that:
Your Personal Access Token is valid.
The selected user can be accessed.
The selected event type is available.
Once validation is successful, the integration status changes to Active, indicating that your Calendly integration is ready to use.
Important: The integration cannot be used until it has been successfully validated.
Using Calendly in MasterInbox
Once your Calendly integration is active, you can:
Assign it to your Reply Agents for AI-powered meeting scheduling.
Allow Reply Agents to check real-time availability.
Automatically book meetings using your selected Calendly event type.
View all booked meetings from the Bookings page.
Final Result
Once configured and validated:
Your Calendly account is connected to MasterInbox.
Reply Agents can schedule meetings using your Calendly availability.
Meetings are automatically synchronized and visible from the Bookings page.
Your integration is ready to use across your workspace.
