Reports
In this guide, you'll learn how to use the Reports page to measure team performance, monitor response times, track SLA compliance, and analyze opportunities across your workspace.
Reports help you understand how quickly your team responds, identify missed opportunities, measure reply coverage, and evaluate overall sales performance.
Before You Begin: Enable Obligations
Reports rely on Obligations to calculate response metrics.
To enable obligations:
Go to Settings โ Labels & Properties.
Open the label you want to track.
Enable Obligations.
When enabled, applying this label to a conversation marks it as requiring a timely reply. These conversations are included in opportunity and reply coverage reports.
Important: If Obligations are not enabled on your labels, many report metrics such as Opportunities, Reply Coverage, and SLA performance will not be calculated.

Enable Business Hours if your team only responds during specific working hours.
Review Team Performance regularly to identify missed opportunities and improve response times.
Use custom date ranges to compare performance across different campaigns or time periods.
This keeps the article focused on how the Reports page actually works, without adding unnecessary filler, and emphasizes Obligations first since they're required for the reporting metrics.
