Copy Labels to Another Workspace
In this guide, you'll learn how to copy one or multiple labels from one workspace to another without cloning the entire workspace.
Why Copy Labels?
Copying labels saves time when setting up new workspaces or keeping multiple workspaces consistent.
Common use cases include:
Reusing the same qualification labels across multiple workspaces.
Standardizing AI labeling across different clients or teams.
Avoiding manually recreating labels one by one.
Setting up new workspaces faster.
Copy a Single Label
Go to Settings → Labels & Properties.
Locate the label you want to copy.
Click the three-dot menu next to the label.
Select Copy to Workspace.
Choose the destination workspace.
Select how duplicate labels should be handled.
Click Proceed.
Your label will be copied to the selected workspace.
Copy Multiple Labels
Instead of copying labels one at a time, you can copy several labels at once.
Go to Settings → Labels & Properties.
Use the checkbox at the top of the table to select all labels, or select only the labels you want to copy.
Click Copy Labels from the bulk actions toolbar.
Select the destination workspace.
Choose how duplicate labels should be handled:
Keep All
Skip Duplicates
Click Proceed.
All selected labels will be copied to the chosen workspace.
Copy Options
Keep All
Copies every selected label from the source workspace, including labels with the same name.
Skip Duplicates
Skips labels that already exist in the destination workspace and copies only the remaining labels.
What Gets Copied?
The copied labels retain their configuration, including:
Label name
Sentiment
Color
Platform origin
Obligation setting
Tips:
Use Copy Labels when you only need labels and don't want to clone an entire workspace.
If you're creating a brand-new workspace and want to copy views, reply agents, templates, webhooks, AI labeling, and other settings as well, use Clone Workspace instead.
