Sequence Use Cases
Use Email Sequences for label-based follow-ups and Meeting Reminder Sequences to remind prospects about upcoming meetings.
Follow Up With Interested Prospects
Choose the Interested label and relevant sources or channels. Build a cadence with delays such as two, four, and three days. Use Stop on reply when a prospect's response should end automation.
Give Prospects Time to Respond
Choose the pause-and-resume reply setting and set a waiting period, such as two days, to delay the next follow-up after a reply.
Use stop-on-reply for most conversational follow-ups. Continue-on-reply is better reserved for messages that should still be sent after the prospect responds.
Target Different Sources
Use separate Email Sequences for different source/channel groups even when the selected label is the same. Enrollment requires the configured label and source conditions to match.
Use a Dedicated Sending Mailbox
Select a connected Specific mailbox when future steps should use one sending account. Choose the thread-associated mailbox to keep the original sender associated with the conversation.
Send Meeting Reminders
Create a Meeting Reminder Sequence with steps such as one day before and three hours before a meeting. Use the meeting date, start time, link, and title variables to personalize the message.
Monitor Outcomes
Review Analytics for replies, conversions, failures, and step-level performance. Check Queue to see whether prospects are scheduled ahead or due now.
