Why trust this list?

This list is written by the Master Inbox team and reviewed by our founder, Abdul Mukati. Every feature and price for the other six tools comes from that vendor's own pages, read on 28 October 2026, and the sources are listed at the bottom. Master Inbox is one of the seven options, and we say so up front. We state only what each vendor publishes, phrase limits as neutral facts, leave out ratings, and say so where a vendor's page does not state something. Each tool here is strong at the job it was built for.

Why teams look for a LinkedIn Unibox

LinkedIn automation tools send connection requests and messages. The replies then need a home. Teams usually compare Unibox options for one of three reasons.

Several sender accounts

A team that runs LinkedIn outreach from many sender accounts does not want to log in to each one. A LinkedIn Unibox lists conversations from all connected accounts in one view, so a teammate can reply without switching profiles.

Email and LinkedIn side by side

Most outbound runs on email and LinkedIn together. When a prospect answers on one channel, the rep wants the history from the other in the same thread. That is the idea behind multichannel outreach and the LinkedIn Inbox in Master Inbox.

Labels, CRM and speed

Interested replies should reach a person fast and land in the CRM. Teams look for automatic labels, webhooks and CRM sync around the inbox. Our Unibox glossary entry explains the term.

1. Master Inbox

Master Inbox is the reply management platform for outbound teams and agencies: one unified inbox for every sequencer, LinkedIn tool and inbound form, with AI labeling and AI reply agents. LinkedIn replies and email replies land in the same inbox, threaded per prospect.

Key features

  • LinkedIn Inbox: HeyReach, Expandi, Aimfox and native seats in one inbox, threaded next to email per prospect, AI labeled and synced to the CRM.
  • Unibox: one AI-labeled inbox for Smartlead, Instantly, EmailBison, Reply.io, Lemlist, HeyReach, Expandi, Aimfox and more. It reads the mailboxes themselves, so it also threads forwards, CC replies and new-address replies.
  • AI labeling: every email and LinkedIn reply labeled by intent as it lands, with thirteen default labels or your own taxonomy, on your own OpenAI, Anthropic or OpenRouter key.
  • Workflows: label-triggered actions such as Slack cards, HubSpot sync, stopping the sequence on a booked meeting and webhooks.
  • Client workspaces and Reply Agents: one workspace per client with scoped logins, and agents that answer replies and book meetings on your real calendar.

Pricing

Master Inbox is never priced per seat. Plans scale with connected mailboxes and client workspaces, and every plan includes unlimited users. A native LinkedIn seat is $15 a month per account. Full details are on the pricing page.

PlanPriceBuilt for
Reply AgentFrom $499 per monthReply agents that answer, follow up and book meetings
Agency$599 per monthAgencies, with up to 3,000 mailboxes and 15 client workspaces
Team$799 per monthSales teams, with up to 2,000 mailboxes

Larger plans are listed on the pricing page. Every plan starts with a free 7-day POC, and onboarding is done with you.

Pros

  • LinkedIn and email replies share one queue, one set of labels and one thread per prospect.
  • Unlimited users on every plan, so adding a teammate does not change the bill.
  • Master Inbox internal data shows roughly 12% more replies captured than a sequencer reports.
  • EU hosting in Finland and Germany, GDPR-ready, and white-glove onboarding.

Best for

Outbound sales teams and lead generation agencies that run LinkedIn and email together and want every reply in one place. See Master Inbox for outbound teams and for agencies.

Works alongside

Master Inbox works alongside your LinkedIn tool. Keep HeyReach or Aimfox for running campaigns, connect Expandi if you use it, and add Master Inbox for the replies. It also connects your email sequencer, HubSpot as your CRM and Slack for alerts.

2. HeyReach

HeyReach is a LinkedIn outreach automation platform that runs campaigns from multiple connected LinkedIn sender accounts and collects replies in a Unibox. It is an excellent LinkedIn sending tool, and Master Inbox customers who use it keep it for that. See HeyReach and Master Inbox.

Key features

  • One Unibox lists conversations from all connected LinkedIn senders, with filters for sender, campaign, tag, auto-tag and message type. Standard LinkedIn, Sales Navigator and Recruiter messages are covered.
  • Bulk actions let you filter, select several leads, then tag, archive or add them to a list or campaign at once.
  • Auto-Tag classifies replies as Interested, Generic or Not Interested and can trigger webhooks. An API with 12 documented webhook events and an MCP connector are available.

Pricing

Quarterly and yearly rates are also shown, so confirm in checkout.

Pros

  • Teammates can reply to leads from a colleague's LinkedIn account without owning it.

  • LinkedIn only, several senders: HeyReach, Expandi and Aimfox each include a multi-account inbox with their automation.
  • A low per-user entry price: Waalaxy publishes plans from 19 euros per user per month.
