Set it up in Master Inbox

In Master Inbox, open Settings, then Workflows, and click Add a workflow.
Name it Tag a lead Gone quiet after 4 unanswered follow-ups.
Set the trigger to Sending Message and choose Any follow-up sent from Master Inbox.
Add a condition: Follow-up count is 4 or more.
Add a condition: Last message is from your team.
Add the action Add labels: Gone quiet.
Add the action Remove labels: Interested.
Save the workflow and switch it to Active.
