14 days after your team's last message to a lead who replied earlier, if they have not answered since, Master Inbox moves the thread to the Nurture list and adds the lead to a PlusVibe nurture campaign.

Set it up in Master Inbox

In Master Inbox, open Settings, then Workflows, and click Add a workflow.
Name it Move leads who went quiet after replying into a PlusVibe nurture campaign.
Set the trigger to Sending Message and choose Your last message, 14 days after it is sent.
Add a condition: Last message is from your team.
Add the action Move to list: Nurture.
Add the action Add to PlusVibe campaign: Nurture campaign.
Save the workflow and switch it to Active.
