Set it up in Master Inbox

  1. In Master Inbox, open Settings, then Workflows, and click Add a workflow.
  2. Name it Alert RevOps in Slack when a reply mentions GDPR or legal action.
  3. Set the trigger to Incoming Message and choose All channels.
  4. Add a condition: Message contains GDPR, lawyer, legal, solicitor or report.
  5. Add the action Add labels: Compliance review.
  6. Add the action Notify in Slack: Post the reply and thread link to #compliance.
