Escalate an unanswered interested reply in Slack when its reminder falls due
If a reminder on an Interested lead comes due and the prospect still has the last word, Master Inbox posts an escalation to Slack so a manager can step in before the lead goes cold.

Set it up in Master Inbox
- In Master Inbox, open Settings, then Workflows, and click Add a workflow.
- Name it Escalate an unanswered interested reply in Slack when its reminder falls due.
- Set the trigger to Due Reminder and choose Reminder set when the lead was labeled Interested.
- Add a condition: Label is Interested.
- Add a condition: Last message is from the prospect.
- Add the action Notify in Slack: Post to #sales-managers with the prospect, waiting time and thread link.
- Save the workflow and switch it to Active.
