Set it up in Master Inbox

  1. In Master Inbox, open Settings, then Workflows, and click Add a workflow.
  2. Name it Get a Slack alert when a QuickMail reply asks about pricing.

  4. Add a condition: Message contains pricing, price, cost or quote.
  5. Add the action Notify in Slack: Post the question, prospect and thread link to #deal-desk.
