Alert the team in Slack when a prospect mentions a competitor

Set it up in Master Inbox

In Master Inbox, open Settings, then Workflows, and click Add a workflow.
Name it Alert the team in Slack when a prospect mentions a competitor.
Set the trigger to Incoming Message and choose All channels.
Add a condition: Message contains any of your competitor names.
Add the action Notify in Slack: Post the reply and thread link to #competitive.
Save the workflow and switch it to Active.
