Alert Slack when AI labeling or the reply agent fails
If AI labeling or the reply agent fails on the AI provider, for example because the key ran out of credits, Master Inbox posts an alert to Slack so someone fixes it before replies pile up.

Set it up in Master Inbox
- In Master Inbox, open Settings, then Workflows, and click Add a workflow.
- Name it Alert Slack when AI labeling or the reply agent fails.
- Set the trigger to AI Error and choose AI labeling or reply agent errors.
- Add the action Notify in Slack: Post the error and workspace to #ops-alerts.
- Save the workflow and switch it to Active.
Before you start, connect Slack under Settings, Integrations.
