Set it up in Master Inbox

In Master Inbox, open Settings, then Workflows, and click Add a workflow.
Name it Send a Slack alert for interested replies only.
Set the trigger to Add Label and choose Interested.
Add the action Notify in Slack: Post to #sales with the reply, prospect, rep and thread link.
Save the workflow and switch it to Active.
