Set it up in Master Inbox

In Master Inbox, open Settings, then Workflows, and click Add a workflow.
Name it Send the thread URL to n8n on every label change.
Set the trigger to Add Label and choose Any label.
Add the action Send a webhook: Send label names, prospect id, email, company and thread URL to your n8n webhook.
Save the workflow and switch it to Active.
