Set it up in Master Inbox

In Master Inbox, open Settings, then Workflows, and click Add a workflow.
Name it Route regional mailbox replies to each region's Teams channel.
Set the trigger to Incoming Message and choose The mailboxes that send for one region.
Add a condition: Label sentiment is positive.
Add the action Notify in Microsoft Teams: Post the reply and thread link to the region's Teams channel.
Save the workflow and switch it to Active.
