Route referral replies to a Referrals list and alert the owner

When a prospect points you to a colleague and the reply is labeled Referral, Master Inbox moves it to the Referrals list and posts it to Slack so a rep reaches the new contact the same day.

Set it up in Master Inbox

In Master Inbox, open Settings, then Workflows, and click Add a workflow.
Name it Route referral replies to a Referrals list and alert the owner.
Set the trigger to Add Label and choose Referral.
Add the action Move to list: Referrals.
Add the action Notify in Slack: Post the reply with the referred name and thread link.
Save the workflow and switch it to Active.
