Set it up in Master Inbox

In Master Inbox, open Settings, then Workflows, and click Add a workflow.
Name it Send a Microsoft Teams notification when a follow-up reminder is due.
Set the trigger to Due Reminder and choose Any reminder set by a rep or a workflow.
Add a condition: Label sentiment is positive.
Add the action Notify in Microsoft Teams: Post the prospect, last message and thread link to the rep's Teams channel.
Save the workflow and switch it to Active.
