Email the on-call rep about positive replies that arrive on weekends

On Saturdays and Sundays, positive replies are emailed to the rep on call with the reply and a thread link, so a hot lead never waits until Monday.

Set it up in Master Inbox

In Master Inbox, open Settings, then Workflows, and click Add a workflow.
Name it Email the on-call rep about positive replies that arrive on weekends.
Set the trigger to Incoming Message and choose All channels.
Add a condition: Label sentiment is positive.
Add a condition: Day is Saturday or Sunday.
Add the action Send an email notification: Email the on-call rep with the prospect, reply text and thread link.
Save the workflow and switch it to Active.
