Set it up in Master Inbox

In Master Inbox, open Settings, then Workflows, and click Add a workflow.
Name it Catch remove me replies with a keyword rule as a backup to AI labels.

Add a condition: Message contains remove me, stop emailing, unsubscribe or take me off.
Add the action Add labels: Unsubscribe.
