How ZapMail works with Master Inbox
ZapMail provisions Google and Microsoft mailboxes for cold outbound. Master Inbox connects to your ZapMail account, lists your ZapMail workspaces and their mailboxes, and imports the ones you select as channels, so you do not add each mailbox by hand. Every reply those mailboxes receive, from whichever sequencer sent the campaign, lands in one inbox, threaded per prospect and labeled by intent. Each import is kept in the import history, and the same flow is available through the Master Inbox API.
