When an enrichment run finishes without a phone number, Master Inbox emails the rep the lead and thread link, so the lead is worked by email instead of waiting for a number.

Set it up in Master Inbox

In Master Inbox, open Settings, then Workflows, and click Add a workflow.
Name it Email the rep when enrichment finds no phone, so they follow up by email.
Set the trigger to Enrichment Completed and choose Any enrichment run.
Add a condition: Phone number is empty.
Add the action Send an email notification: Email the rep: no phone found, reply by email, with the thread link.
Save the workflow and switch it to Active.
