Master Inbox is a source in OutboundSync, so the replies only Master Inbox catches (forwards, CC replies, new addresses, late replies) and the label on each one reach the same CRM record. Do I need OutboundSync to use Master Inbox with HubSpot?
No. The Master Inbox HubSpot Suite syncs conversations and labels to the contact record and lets reps reply from HubSpot. Add OutboundSync when you want sends, opens, clicks and campaign attribution in HubSpot reporting, or when several sequencers feed one CRM.
How do the two connect?
Connect your sequencers to OutboundSync as usual, connect Master Inbox as a source in OutboundSync, then build one Master Inbox workflow: label added, send to OutboundSync. Onboarding sets it up with you on the first call.
Will I get duplicate activities?
Not if one system owns each activity type. OutboundSync logs sends, opens, clicks and the replies the sequencer saw; Master Inbox adds only the replies and labels it catches.
