Meeting Booked Rate

Meeting booked rate is the percentage of positive replies, or alternatively of total emails sent, that convert into a scheduled meeting on a rep's calendar. It is one step further down the funnel than positive reply rate and is often the metric outbound teams are ultimately measured against.

Why it matters for outbound teams

A high positive reply rate does not guarantee meetings get booked if follow-through is slow or the scheduling process is clunky, which is why this metric is tracked separately. It is heavily influenced by response speed, since interest tends to fade the longer a positive reply sits unanswered. Teams that track meeting booked rate alongside response SLA can usually pinpoint exactly where leads are being lost between reply and booking.
