White Label

White label describes a product or service that a company rebrands and resells under its own name, hiding the original provider, commonly used by agencies that want client-facing tools and reports to appear as their own. A white-labeled platform typically supports custom domains, logos, and branding rather than showing the underlying vendor's identity.

Why it matters for outbound teams

For a lead-gen agency, white labeling lets them present a polished, consistent brand to clients rather than routing every client through a visibly third-party tool. It is especially common for reporting dashboards and reply management interfaces, where a client may log in to review results directly. White label support is often a deciding factor for agencies choosing between vendors, since it affects how the agency's own brand is perceived by its clients.

Master Inbox offers white label options for agencies that want their clients to see the reply management workspace under the agency's own brand. See it in Master Inbox: Master Inbox for Agencies →
