CRM Sync

CRM sync is the automated, bidirectional flow of data between an outbound or reply management tool and a customer relationship management system, such as Salesforce or HubSpot, keeping contact records, activity history, and deal stages up to date in both places. It removes the need for reps to manually copy information between tools.

Why it matters for outbound teams

Without CRM sync, reps have to manually log every reply, meeting, and status change into the CRM, which is time-consuming and prone to being skipped under pressure, leaving the CRM out of date. Reliable sync means a positive reply and its intent classification show up in the CRM automatically, keeping pipeline reporting accurate. This matters most for RevOps teams who depend on the CRM as the single source of truth for forecasting.

Master Inbox syncs classified replies and reply history into the CRM automatically, so pipeline stays current without manual data entry. See it in Master Inbox: HubSpot Inbox →
