How we write, check, and fix things here.

Who writes it

Content is written by the Master Inbox team and by Abdul Mukati, the founder, who runs outbound for the company himself and reads customer inboxes as part of onboarding. Every post carries a byline. Where the founder did not write a post, it says so, and it names him as the reviewer.

We use AI tools for drafting and editing, the same way we use spellcheck. Nothing is published without a person reading it in full, checking the product claims against the product, and deciding it is worth your time.

How comparisons are checked

Comparison pages and posts are checked against the competitor's own public pages and pricing at the time of writing, and each one shows the month it was last verified. Competitors change; when a fact is out of date, we would rather you tell us than find out from a prospect. Where we say another tool is a good fit for a job, we mean it: several teams keep Front or Missive for support and run Master Inbox for outbound replies.

Claims about our own product describe behavior that exists today. Roadmap items are labeled as roadmap. Numbers from our own data are labeled as internal data, with the method on request.

What we do not do

We do not write about products to earn affiliate commissions, and no content on this site is affiliate content. We run a partner program (Partnero) that credits agencies and consultants who refer customers to us; it never influences what we publish about anyone.

We do not publish pages for search engines that a reader would not want. Integration pages that are still template-only are kept out of search until they carry real setup detail, real questions from customers, and real screenshots.

Dates

Posts show a published date and an updated date. The updated date changes only when the content changes, not on every rebuild of the site.

Corrections

Found an error, an outdated price, or a claim about your product you disagree with? Email [email protected] with the page URL. We fix confirmed errors within two business days and note material corrections on the page.
